On Turks & Caicos Island in the exotic West Indies,“Veranda”, a high-end tropical resort, required an equally luxurious outdoor sales centre. Detail was very important, to ensure complete seamless experience and 3DS was up to the task. Designed by E+S, the set of existing buildings was transformed into a lush, contained environment. This became a tool for salespeople to engage customers with a highly focused sales message in natural harmony with the larger message of Island life. An observation tower contains a historical exhibit showcasing antique navigation artifacts, including five authentic weathervanes. Special touches including sculptures, aged copper signs, a bronze plaque all contribute to a visitor’s relaxed and worry free state of mind.
