OUTDOOR: 3DS creates durable, 3D topographical models suitable for year-round outdoor duty. Models are made from cast bronze, or, if budget is an issue, we can create a lightweight fibreglass model, coated with our own proprietary bronze finishing process that is indistinguishable from the real thing. In a project for Whistler/Blackcomb, with an objective of universal access and handicap-accessible signage, our map featured components in Braille, allowing the vision-impaired to understand the contours of the mountains.

INDOOR: Interior models are a tremendous addition to interpretive environments, National Park visitor centers, real estate presentation centers and many more applications. Models can have internal lighting and interactive elements. In a captivating model for the River District Experience Centre, visitors interact through touch screens, controlling moving images projected onto the 3D model.
