This Hawaiian resort presentation center is as expansive as the Hawaiian beach and as lovely as the development’s name. The Kolea sales center uses existing retail space in an upscale Oahu outdoor mall with entrance right off the street. This is a high-end Hawaiian real estate discovery center in every detail, matching the refined tone of the mall itself.

3DS fabricated everything in our shop, floor to ceiling, including the curved walls, and installed it all onsite. Feature walls have a sandstone texture with engraved text sunk dramatically into the stone. Simulated petroglyphs re-create indigenous birds in faux lava rock. A spectacular sales model is the room’s focal point, flanked and backed by a breathtaking diorama. Continuity and support of the sales message are provided by video display screens, throughout the centre.
