3DS creates a wide range of interactive exhibits for discovery centres, using both conventional touchscreen displays and emerging methods of show control, such as smartphones and iPod devices. Our interactives can range all the way from touchscreen interfaces and operator-controlled systems to compelling low-tech mechanicals, with guided interaction, independent interaction, or any combination.
We create theatres on virtually any scale, running the full gamut from full-scale or small theatres to compact portable video kiosks. We work with our clients to build exhibit spaces and interactive presentation centers that showcase their video shows to their best advantage. Real estate offerings and presentation centres do particularly well, augmented with a multimedia experience.
Our Del Mar projects, for example, featured easily-navigable “drill-down” interfaces where successive clicks took views from area map to building exterior, exterior to interior, interior to fixtures and so on.
