A LEED Silver-Standard Sales Center – So Sustainable, The Centre Itself Will Be Recycled
No new wood was used anywhere in the fabrication of this rustic luxury real estate sales center in Bend, Oregon. Contrasting modern elements like large printed image panels and a stylish reception desk with very rustic ranch-inspired materials and architecture, 3DS built a completely contemporary-looking center entirely out of reclaimed wood, for a ranch resort facility that truly walks the walk. This installation adheres fully to the LEED Silver Standard, industry benchmark for building sustainability, as will the development itself. The center was repurposed from an original building on the site and will be repurposed again as a clubhouse, after the project has sold. This exhibit sales center will go on to a new life of continuing functionality, bringing value to the community and taking a little less from the earth.
