Four Seasons Jackson Hole: A Sales Center Where Less Had To Be More

The smallest real estate sales center we’ve ever done is the Four Seasons Jackson Hole presentation center, at approximately 200 sq. feet. In this tiniest of footprints, 3DS created an ethereal space that transports visitors out of the hotel and into the world of a majestic mountain resort. The center even contains a theatre that comfortably accommodates two people.

Making more out of less at every turn, 3DS expands the sense of space visually, even where no real space exists. For example, we used an old movie trick to create the seemingly-spacious Birch tree illusion that fills the entrance portal: two layers are carefully arranged, the first being real trees, set against the second, a painted forest backdrop. Simple devices like this give this miniature space a powerful depth and a greater sense of breathing room.
